Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Loss Prevention Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of loss prevention and security within the organization.

Duties:
- Develop and implement loss prevention policies and procedures
- Conduct internal investigations on theft and fraud incidents
- Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and investigations
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Manage a team of security personnel to ensure a safe environment
- Utilize surveillance techniques to prevent losses
- Handle conflict management situations effectively

Requirements:
- Proven experience in loss prevention, security, or related field
- Knowledge of criminal investigation techniques
- Certificate in Loss Prevention or related field is a plus
- Background in law enforcement is beneficial
- Strong surveillance skills to identify potential risks
- Excellent conflict management abilities
